This week keep training only .
Only on Sundays is my REST day :)
Hmm .. although it was a tired training ,
but I'm having fun with them ^^

Haiya , still got 2 more months then ,
need to go to Melaka competition already oh .
I need to train harder to win the competition :)
Btw , my target for training is get medal in the competition
and also be like Cynthia , the runner from Penampang .
She's so pro and fast .
